This class focuses on the core fundamentals of boxing, including stance, footwork, and creating angles. You will learn essential conditioning techniques like jump rope and shadow boxing. The curriculum covers both defensive strategies, including classic "old tricks," and offensive measures through precise punch selection and tactical neutralization techniques. Instruction is adapted to all skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
